Whether you're planning a full weekend retreat or a half-day gathering, our Wildflower mobile sauna turns your event into something your guests won't forget. With a Hosted Event, we bring a sauna host along to run the whole experience, so you get to actually be in the moment instead of managing it.
THE EXPERIENCE
Good heat, fully hosted.
Your sauna host tends the fire, welcomes your guests, and guides them through their rounds from start to finish, so nothing falls on you. Inside the Wildflower, hand-built with Western Red Cedar, guests find heat between 160 and 200 degrees, soft ambient lighting, a sauna bucket and ladle, herbal scents, and generous firewood throughout your event. Outside, color-shifting mood lighting and a lounge space give your guests somewhere to land between rounds.

We'll travel up to 60 miles from our home base in Rockford, Michigan.
Delivery Fee
Delivery is free within 20 miles of Rockford, Michigan. Beyond 20 miles, a $2.00 per mile round trip is applicable and will be added to reservation after booking.

Frequently Asked Questions
A few things you should know before we roll in.

The Wildflower needs a flat, stable spot to park and set up safely, with room for guests to move in and out with ease. Since we're towing a trailer (13 feet long, 8 feet wide, 10 feet tall), we also need a clear path in, a turn from the main road that's safe, wide enough for towing, and enough space to turn around or back up once we arrive. Overhead branches, low wires, and anything combustible nearby need to be clear of the setup area too.
Steep driveways, tight turns, or rough weather can sometimes get in the way of delivery, so if your space is a little unconventional, reach out before booking. We'd rather work it out together in advance than show up and find a surprise.

Payment: Full payment is due at booking.
State Sales Tax: A 6% Michigan sales tax will be added to the total booking amount.
Credit Card Processing Fees: A 2.9% credit card processing fee applies to all bookings.
Service Fee: A 4% convenience fee is applied to all bookings, contributing to the processing costs associated with our booking platform.

We understand that plans change for many reasons including those out of our control. Therefore, the following cancellation policy applies:
Cancellations made 14 or more days before the event date are granted a full refund.
Cancellations made between 13 and 4 days before the event date starts are granted a 50% refund.
Cancellations within 3 days of the event date are non-refundable.

As a condition of use, all guests including the event host and the event guests, (yes, everyone stepping foot in the sauna, even minors) are required to sign a waiver prior to using the sauna. Failure to do so is a breach of contract.
