What are “Community Sessions”?
Community Sauna Sessions are all about the "Third Space", creating a social environment where connection is just as important as the heat. In these sessions, you book an individual seat (or a few) and share the sauna bench with others. It’s a beautiful way to meet neighbors, exchange stories, and experience the traditional, social side of sauna culture.
Whether you come with a friend or go solo, you’ll leave feeling more connected to the community around you.
What is a “Private Group Buyout”?
A Private Group Buyout gives you and your crew exclusive access to the Wildflower mobile sauna. When you book a private session, the entire space is yours allowing you to control the vibe and the rhythm of the experience. If you’re looking for an intimate, tailored experience for up to 6 guests, a buyout is the way to go.
Pricing:
Community Sessions: $35 per person*
Private Group Buyout: $240 per session* (up to 6 people)
*10% state park fee applies and goes directly to support the park
Location:
Come find us in the day use parking lot at Mears State Park in Pentwater, right at the beach. We’ll be at the North end nearest the beach volleyball courts.
Address:
400 W Lowell St, Pentwater, MI 49449
What to Expect:
Join us on the shores of Lake Michigan for a kick off to the weekend that celebrates the elements. We’re bringing the wood-fired heat of the Wildflower to state park beach (specifically the north end of the parking lot near the volleyball courts) for an experience rooted in löyly (steam) and the refreshing power of the Lake Michigan.
We encourage you to move at your own pace through traditional sauna “rounds”. Typically, this looks like 10–15 minutes of deep heat, a brave plunge into Lake Michigan, and a few minutes of rest in our outdoor lounge area before repeating the cycle.
This experience includes:
Access to our cedar clad, Finnish wood-burning sauna on wheels, crafted from a vintage horse trailer.
Lake Michigan serving as your recovery and relief after your time in the heat.
A welcoming, inclusive space to meet neighbors, campers, and fellow travelers.
Unparalleled views of the shoreline and horizon.
What to Bring:
